We may collect personal and health information you provide directly to us, including your name, contact details, and information about your care needs — for example, when you fill out our contact form, call, or email us.

As a registered NDIS and DVA provider, we may also collect information relevant to your NDIS plan or DVA eligibility where you choose to share it with us, in order to provide and coordinate your care.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to your enquiries, arrange and deliver nursing care services, meet our obligations as an NDIS and DVA provider, and communicate with you about your care.

We do not sell your personal information, and we only share it with third parties (such as your GP, specialist, NDIS plan manager, or DVA) where necessary to coordinate your care, or where required by law.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal and health information we hold from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, in line with our clinical and professional obligations as a Registered Nurse and Midwife-led service.

Your Rights

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you at any time. To make a request, or if you have any questions about this policy, please contact us using the details below.
